Dark Side Of The Mule is a live album by blues rock group Gov’t Mule.
It was recorded in concert in Boston in 2008 when Gov’t Mule played about three hours worth of Pink Floyd songs, which of course were given the Gov’t Mule treatment.
It is released on December 8th, 2014 in two forms:
- A single highlights CD
- A deluxe 3 CD and DVD set.

I’m not sure what Mule and Floyd fans are going to make of this album. There taste in songs to cover is usually excellent and whilst they change the sound, they treat the underlying songs with respect.
