Pangaea is a live album by Miles Davis.

It was recorded in Osaka in Japan on 1 February 1975 and was the second set on the same day as Ahgartha was recorded.

Playing on the album are:

Miles Davis – trumpet, organ
Sonny Fortune – soprano sax, alto sax, flute
Reggie Lucas – guitar
Pete Cosey – guitar, synthesiser, percussion
Michael Henderson – bass
Al Foster – drums
Mtume – percussion

This album consists of two very long compositions:

Zimbabwe – 41:47
Gondwana – 46:49

The original vinyl double album split each of these into half so that they could fit on an album side but the CD has restored each to one piece.
