- CD 1 Tracks 1 to 10 were recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon in London on 9th December 1990.
- CD 2 Tracks 1 and 2 were recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon in London on 9th December 1990.
- CD 2 Tracks 3 to 6 were recorded live at Wembley Arena in London on 20th January 1991.
- CD 3 Tracks 1 to 9 were recorded live at Monsters Of Rock Festival in England in 1992.
- CD 4 Tracks 1 to 12 were recorded live at Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield, England on 6th June 1993.
- CD 5 Tracks 1 to 12 were recorded live at Shepherds Bush Empire in London on 8th December 1994.
- CD 6 Tracks 1 and 2 are live acoustic songs recorded for the Tommy Vance Friday Rock Show Session.
- CD 6 Tracks 3 to 6 are live acoustic songs and were recorded for a Nicky Campbell Session.
- CD 6 Tracks 7 to 9 are live acoustic songs and were recorded for a Johnny Walker Show Session.
- CD 6 Tracks 10 to 12 are live acoustic songs and were recorded for a Kevin Greening Session.
