Live At Birdland is an album by John Coltrane that is partly recorded live in concert and partly in the studio.
Tracks 1 to 3 were recorded at the club in New York City on October 8, 1963. The remaining two tracks on the original vinyl album were recorded in the studio in November 1963 and the CD bonus was recorded in March 1963.
