My Favourite Songs: The Last Great Concert is a live album by Chet Baker.
It was recorded in concert on April 28th, 1988 at the Funkhaus, Hannover, West Germany and a second volume from the same concert was also issued. Two weeks later, Baker died in Amsterdam.
