This is quite a hard category to define neatly but it refers to good time, high tempo music that was around in the 1950s and 1960s. Some acts endured from the 1970s to the present day.

It was recorded on the Queen Mary cruise ship berthed at Long Beach, California, during a private party hosted by Paul and Linda McCartney on 24 March 1975. The Meters’ live album Uptown Rulers was also recorded at the concert.

This was recorded at KLRU-TV, Austin, TX For Austin City Limits in 1989 and was released the same year.
It is not to be confused with Live From Austin, Tx from 1982 but released in 2006.
