At this stage, Stiff Little Fingers had only released two studio albums but both were well received.
There’s plenty of energy and enthusiasm in these performances with the guitar chords crunching into your brain.
Singer Jake Burns has a rough voice and he shouts rather than sings the lyrics in true punk style.
Hanx is one of those albums that can’t help but give you more energy while you’re listening to it – unless you’re pogo-ing around the room like crazy.
