Paice Ashton Lord Live 1977

Live 1977 is a reissue of the live album BBC Radio 1 In Concert by Paice Ashton Lord with an extra song added to it.

It was recorded live at the Golders Green Hippodrome, London on 10 March 1977.

The extra song is  Malice In Wonderland, the title track of their only studio album.

There is also a DVD of this concert which is sold as a separate item.

They joined forces with Tony Ashton to form Paice Ashton Lord or PAL.

If the name sounds familiar, you may be aware of Tony Ashton from the UK #3 hit single “Resurrection Shuffle” by Ashton, Gardner and Dyke.

Paice Ashton Lord recorded a studio album called Malice In Wonderland which they promoted with live concerts.

Jon Lord Live 2009

Jon Lord Live is a live album by former Deep Purple Keyboard player Jon Lord.

It was recorded in Bucharest in 2009 with The Rousse Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Nayden Tadorov.

This is an interesting reworking of some of the Deep Purple songs together with more classical compositions.

There is also a DVD of this concert which is sold separately.
