Peter Paul & Mary In Concert 1964
Peter, Paul & Mary In Concert is a live album recorded and originally released in 1964.
This folk band were an early favourite of mine in early childhood because of the song Puff The Magic Dragon. Of course, when I was five years old, I wasn’t looking for secret messages in the lyrics.
Discogs lists a version of this released in France in 1962 but that can’t be right. Bob Dylan didn’t release the song and album The Times They Are A’Changin’ until 1964.
Peter Paul and Mary Discovered Live In Concert
Discovered: Live In Concert is a live album by Peter, Paul and Mary.
It includes twelve previously unreleased songs. It’s not clear to me from reading their website when these tracks were recorded but it looks as if they come from the 1980s.
The album was released in November 2014.
