It was recorded at the Bestival open-air on the Isle Of Wight in England on September 10, 2011. All profits from the album go to the Isle of Wight Youth Trust.

Some fans criticise the album for the lack of a second guitarist but the concert fell during the short period between Porl Thompson leaving (again) and Reeves Gabrels starting with the band.
