The Heatwave Festival is a live recording of Elvis Costello and the Attractions from August 23rd, 1980 from the Heatwave Festival in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada available through Wolfgang’s Vault.
There are a number of live concert recordings from the This Year’s Model tour in 1978 but this one catches Elvis Costello promoting the Get Happy album.

The comparison between this and Live At The Hollywood High shows how quickly a live set can change when an artist is at the peak of creativity. Costello had four critically acclaimed albums to draw on and the set still previews four songs from Trust which came out in early 1981.
I’m hoping this set becomes another that is licensed to be turned into a generally available live album.
