Live at Montreux 1972 is a live album by the Stan Getz Quartet.

It was  recorded at the Casino De Montreux in Switzerland on July 23, 1972 as part of the famous jazz festival.

This may come as a shock to anyone used to the cool sound of Getz or his days promoting the bossanova. Here he tries out jazz fusion.
