Live at the Carousel Ballroom 1968 is a live album by Janis Joplin and Big Brother and the Holding Company.
Strictly speaking it’s Big Brother and the Holding Company featuring Janis Joplin but in later years she has over-shadowed the other members..
It was recorded at The Carousel Ballroom, San Francisco on June 23, 1968. It was only released in March 2012 except for the final song which was recorded the day before.
