The Boston Tea Party is a live in concert recording by Talking Heads.
It was recorded at The Berklee School of Music in Boston in August 1979 and was broadcast on local radio. The recording has been released on the Sonic Boom label and two extra songs have been added from the band’s appearance on Saturday Night Live.

I was a big fan of Talking Heads for their first four studio albums and I find it hard to look past the artist approved live album The Name Of The Band Is Talking Heads. Their live performances had an extra intensity and vigour but they are not a band who constantly vary the way they play their songs.
