Humble Pie Live In New York 1971

Don’t bother with this one, even though it is a very early recording of the band with Clem Clempson instead of Peter Frampton – the sound quality is extremely poor.

Humble Pie Performance Rockin The Fillmore 1971

Performance Rockin’ The Fillmore is a live album by Humble Pie. It was recorded at the Fillmore East in New York on the 28th and 29th May 1971 and released in November 1971.

The group had released their Rock On studio album in March 1971.

Humble Pie performed four sets over the two days and they have been released in full on Performance – Rockin’ The Fillmore: The Complete Recordings in 2013. Since it is basically the same set list each time with minor variations, it’s not an album I recommend unless you are a big fan of Humble Pie.

Humble Pie gained a lot of attention after the fact because Peter Frampton of Frampton Comes Alive was a member at the time of this recording.
