Farewell To The World is a live album and DVD by Crowded House.
It was recorded outside the famous Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia on 24 November 1996 as a charity event to raise money for the local children’s hospital. It was also the band’s farewell as they had announced that they were breaking up.
The live album was released in 2006 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the event.

Crowded House were a terrific power pop band in the late 1980s and early 1990s and this is very good although I play the live bonus CD given away with the compilation Recurring Dreams more than this one. I’m not sure why because this has the better set list.
