My classic rock section consists of albums that are generally successful and don’t belong in one of the more specialised categories. Often groups will start in one category and as they become more successful, they broaden out their sound and become classic rock.

Live At The BBC is a compilation of live recordings of Status Quo made by the BBC between 1966 and 2005.
It comes in three different versions:
The DVD of Status Quo live at the BBC is also sold separately.

This live performance was recorded at BBC Radio Theatre, London on June 27, 2000.

Live In London is a live album by The Beach Boys.
It was recorded at the Palladium on 1st December 1968.
While this can be bought on its own, it is most often available in a two-for-one CD with the earlier Concert live album from 1964.
